古典音乐欣赏入门(六)

在写了五篇古典音乐欣赏的文后,现在终于发现自己已经江郎才尽,已是胸无点墨了。很高兴能通过这篇文章交到这么多的朋友,也很悲哀的发现对古典音乐来说,自己还是只能算是门外汉一个!最多算是在音乐的圣堂门外,打开了一丝缝隙,看到里面的精彩的世界。希望这一些心得,能让至今仍在音乐圣殿外的人,找到欣赏古典音乐的大门,没有误导各位,就算是能快慰平生的了!
古典音乐,浩瀚如大海,穷其一生,能了解过一二,已经很不错了。在我认识的朋友当中,不管是在曲目欣赏上,还是在唱片的数量上,还是音乐的理解上,远远胜过我的人都是在是很多。自己写下这篇文章,只算是班门弄斧,心中实在是忐忑不安,真怕各位笑话。
自己所听过的作品,实在是远远不够的。那次在邝医生那里,才知道自己所听的曲目,实在是少得可怜!连莫扎特大名鼎鼎的四十一,听后才发现:自己居然没有听过几遍。也发现对于贝多芬、莫扎特、舒伯特、舒曼,还有太多太多的作曲家的曲目,自己都居然没听过,实在汉颜得很。
而出于许多原因,对听没有听过的音乐作品,我越来听抱谨慎的态度。因为我知道,第一次听一首新曲目的体验,一辈子只有一次!!在没有作好充分准备前去听的话,是在浪费天珍!而为了维持自己在听一些作品的新鲜感受,我对听很多那怕自己很熟悉的作品时也越来越少。因此买的唱片虽多,但大部分却封没开。
在最后这一篇文章里,我摘了我最喜欢的辛丰年的文章中的一些片段,作为这套系列的结束。他的文章虽然有很多观点我不赞同,但是我喜欢他所写的文章----一种以朋友之间聊天的语气,谈自己的心得与体会。而不是像某些书一样,板起脸来说教。这篇与发烧友有关的文章虽有些剌,可能会剌伤各位DX,不过我觉得他文章中的观点,可能也会点醒许多至今仍在欣赏音响的梦中人。希望这样作没有侵犯辛丰年的版权,大汗!!^o^
“我自认为听觉神经正常,也并非由于怀旧,我是怀念那些魅力不朽的好音乐,同时也在琢磨一个问题:音响之逼真(甚至超真)、完美(甚至比现场更完美、无差错,无杂音……),难不成就等于音乐之真善美?
手摇唱机,快转粗纹唱片,都是值得乐迷们深深感激的。没它们,我无从认识巴赫、莫扎特、贝多芬等大师们的重要作品,也无从见识到托斯卡尼尼、魏因加特纳、比彻姆、克莱斯勒、卡萨尔斯、帕德雷夫斯基、吉塞金等名手的演释艺术。
自从进入了LP、立体声时代友来,耳朵里接受着闻所未闻的音响美食,心里头却老是有吃不饱之感。不少以往感我至深的演释,在新片子上寻不着了。例如托斯卡尼尼指挥的《田园》,卡萨尔斯演奏的德沃夏的大提琴协奏曲,吉塞金的《皇帝协奏曲》,斯托科夫斯基与费城乐队合作的《新大陆》,比彻姆指挥的《罗马狂欢节》…… 都成了徒然令人怀想的前代风流!克莱斯勒、埃尔曼和海菲兹他们的唱片,一听便可猜得出的不同风味,即使同一首乐曲,也是三个人三种性格;而今日那么多重复出版的提琴录音,你难以发现有何不同面目,似乎任便听一种也便够了。
正像以前的美术学徒从印得得极差的画片上认识了达.芬奇的《蒙娜丽莎》,我们在初接触许多音乐名作的时候,心目中并不曾想到在音响上去评头论足。老式手摇机和粗纹片,频响窄,响度也贫弱,外加钢针压在片纹上磨出的噪声,这在今天的音响美食家听来,有定要掩耳逃走的。然而我们却被那音乐本身所吸引了,征服了,而且烙下了终身不能忘的记忆,那印象是永远保鲜、不可取代的。
回首这种种体验,可以概括出一条什么体会呢?我想就是:人们听唱片,最主要的还是受到那音乐的吸引。音乐当然要通过声音来传达信息,但音响质量的精、粗,并不是头等重要,更不是必须首先考虑的因素。
手执一影印的宋版的唐人诗集,那的确是可以大大增加欣赏李、杜名篇的乐趣的。但,假如换上一部乾隆御制诗,纵然它刻印精工,装帧富丽,大概你也没有胃口读下去。
我想,即使那设备的音响极其漂亮,但它所传送的不过是一种平庸无生气的演释,那么充其量也不过是精确地再现了平庸与无生气的演释。

“我这莫扎特迷常常憧憬着“真实的”莫扎特音乐,也就是想品尝“原味”。前不久,于无意之中听到一张唱片,大为惊喜,觉得似乎是向那个“真”靠近一两步。
这是一张DECCA的唱片。录的是莫扎特的两首钢琴四重奏,一为G小调,K478;一为降E大调,K493。演奏者中有钢琴家希夫(Schiff)。
原来,此片的不寻常之处是其录下了一种再现往昔经典作品原汤原味的演奏。它所用的的是当时的乐器。不但那三件弦乐器都是18世纪中叶德、意地区的制作,钢琴是大师所用的那一把。而且那小提琴是大师自用的一把。用提琴据考也曾为他所有。
你可曾想到,我们如今所听到的莫扎特钢琴音乐,同当年维也纳人耳中所闻的有距离吗?莫扎特时代的琴,尤其是他最中意的维也纳型琴,发音清脆流丽,顶适合弹那种要求所谓“颗粒性”的乐句。本人也一直憧憬着那莫扎特原味,最起码也要听听这种琴音到底是怎么个味道。
且以这张唱片来说,不但在乐器的使用上可算求真;还有一点,也许是听者不会注意的。假如同另一张录了同一套作品而用现代乐器演奏的片子对照而听之,就会立即听出二者的音高不一样。低了半个音。原因是因为音高的标准,古今不同。18世纪欧洲通行的音高标准比今天的低了半个音。
任何一个真心的爱乐者,对此类实践肯定是大感兴趣的。不是好奇,也不只是怀古,而是求真。
